Selecting a secondary analysis protocol

1. Click the Protocol list and select a protocol. (For information on the protocols supplied by Pacific Biosciences, click here.)

2. (Optional) Modify the protocol for one run only:

a.      Click to display the Protocol Details dialog.

b.      Change any of the protocol parameters. (Information about the individual fields is available as tool tips and in this help file.)

c.      Click Apply.

Note: To permanently modify a protocol, you must be logged in as a scientist or administrator.
